Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has approached the Supreme Court for a judicial inquiry into the attack on Chairman PTI.
Under the leadership of PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the PTI filed a judicial inquiry into the attack on Imran Khan in the Supreme Court’s Lahore Registry.
It was said in the petition that an attempt was made to remove Imran Khan from the path by carrying out an assassination attack. A commission should be constituted for the judicial investigation of the matter.
After the murder, the police refused to register a case on our request. Police refused to register a case on the 3 names given by Imran Khan.

It was argued in the petition that the police are bound to register a case under the Penal Code petition.
In the petition, the cases of attack on Imran Khan, murder of Arshad Sharif and video of Azam Swati and free press are asked to be investigated.
PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi says they are demanding the setting up of a judicial commission. The application was filed in the registry of the High Court of Karachi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
They say there should be an inquiry into Imran Khan’s murder. Azam Swati and his wife were humiliated. There should also be an inquiry into the killing of Arshad Sharif.
