For the first time in America, dairy cows have suffered bird flu.

The United States Department of Agriculture confirmed on Monday, March 25 the presence of bird flu in milk buffalo in three states, Texas, Kansas and New Mexico.

According to the British newspaper, milk obtained from cows in the state of Kansas and Texas was tested and the report confirmed the presence of bird flu.

According to foreign media, this is the first time bird flu has been found in cattle, but US health officials have confirmed that the country’s commercial milk supply is safe.

The United States Department of Agriculture said in a statement that there are no concerns about the milk supply at the moment and that the current situation does not pose a threat to the health of consumers.

According to reports, starvation and lack of milk in the affected animals were seen as symptoms of bird flu, after which the milk of the sick animals was destroyed.

It should be noted that bird flu is commonly found in birds and chickens around the world.
