Decision to send national women cricketers to Kakul to improve their fitness

Web Desk: After the Pakistan Men’s Cricket Team, they will be sent to the Pakistan Military Academy in July to improve the fitness of the Women’s Team.
This will be the first time that national women cricketers will be sent to Kakul coaches to improve their fitness.
According to board sources, 15 women cricketers will participate in the fitness and skills camp for a month at a time.
Tanya Malik, Head of PCB Women’s Wing, said in this regard that it is important to work on the fitness of the national women’s cricketers. Therefore, it was decided to appoint a Skills and Conditioning Coach at the Regional Academy in Abbottabad.
He said that the skill camps in Kakul and Abbottabad will run together. During the first 15 days, 15 girls will participate in the fitness camp, while the remaining 15 girls will participate in the skills camp under the supervision of trainers in Abbottabad, after two weeks, the girls of the skills camp will join the fitness camp and the girls from the fitness camp will join the skills camp.
