ISLAMABAD: Diplomatic efforts paid off, Farhan Khan, a young Pakistani prisoner in Indian custody, got permission to be released.
According to details, the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi said in a statement on the social media website that Farhan Khan, a young Pakistani prisoner in Indian custody, reached Wagah after his release.
The Pakistani High Commission said Farhan’s release was made possible with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He was handed over to Pakistani authorities.
