The US State Department has said that the US is monitoring reports of the Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi’s helicopter incident.

According to the announcement from Washington on Sunday, a spokesperson for the State Department said that the President of the United States Joe Biden was briefed on the situation of the helicopter crash of the President of Iran.

A spokesperson for the US State Department said that we are closely monitoring the possible hard landing of the helicopter of Iranian President Raisi and Foreign Minister.

He also said that we do not want to have any further comment at this time.

It should be noted that there are reports regarding the helicopter of Iranian President Ebrahim Raeesi that it has made an emergency landing in a mountainous area with heavy fog, however, since then the Iranian President and the Iranian Foreign Minister accompanying him in the helicopter are missing.

Iran’s president was on his way to the city of Tabriz after inaugurating a dam in East Azerbaijan province when his helicopter crashed in a mountainous area.

Three hours have passed since the news of the Iranian President’s helicopter crash came out, but the rescue team has not been able to contact the Iranian President until now. Officials have said that the situation is alarming.

Iran’s Interior Minister, Ahmed Vahidi, has confirmed the President’s helicopter crash and said he is in contact with the President’s colleagues, but communication remains a challenge due to the bad weather in the area in question.
