According to the report released, 2158 tonnes of watermarked papers were used in the general elections. 17816 candidates participated in the elections from all parts of the country. Ballot papers were printed from three printing presses. Four laptops were provided to each of the National Assembly results officers and three laptops were given to the Provincial Assembly results officers. Notices were issued to 1899 political parties and independent candidates for breaching the code of conduct in general elections. In the general elections, two transgender people took part in the National Assembly and two in the Provincial Assembly.

According to the report, 7 lakh ballot boxes were used for the general elections and 1.5 lakh ballot boxes were kept in reserve. During the general elections, 10 lakh 3 thousand 883 polling staff were trained for the electoral process. For the elections, 90 thousand 675 polling stations were established throughout the country, of which 25 thousand 211 were established for men, 23 thousand 844 for women and 41 thousand 58 combined polling stations. 2 lakh 76,000 398 polling booths were set up for voting in the general elections.
