Two important cases against Imran Khan will be tried in Islamabad courts tomorrow – Daily Qudrat GTN News

A larger bench headed by Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear the impeachment case against Imran Khan for not disclosing his alleged daughter Teriyan. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Tahir are also included in the court.
It should be noted that the court issued notices on the citizen’s request to amend the petition. The court also asked for arguments on whether the application is admissible, while a citizen named Sajid sought to declare Imran Khan ineligible.
On the other hand, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal will hear the case of Tosha Khana’s criminal proceedings. The sessions court fixed the date of indictment against Imran Khan. The High Court ordered the continuation of the court proceedings for the non-appearance of Imran Khan in the Sessions Court.
