Eight of the family die as a jeep plunges into a ditch in Shangla

Eight people from the same family lost their lives when a jeep fell into a ditch in Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday.

Rescue sources said that the jeep was going to Pagorai from Bele Baba and during the journey, it lost balance leading to an unfortunate incident.

Thereafter, the bodies of the deceased were transferred to Alpuri hospital.

In the past, similar incidents had also occurred as the journey in and around Shangla was full of dangers.
