Faisal Karim Kundi took oath as the Governor of KP, for not participating in the Prime Minister’s ceremony

Peshawar: Pakistan Peoples Party leader Faisal Karim Kundi took oath as Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Prime Minister Ali Amin Gandapur did not participate in the ceremony.

According to the details, the swearing-in ceremony was held at the Governor’s House where the Chief Justice Peshawar, High Court Ushtiaq Ibrahim, administered the oath of office to Faisal Karim Kundi as Governor.

PP chief officers, secretaries, workers participated in the swearing in ceremony while Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur did not participate in the swearing in ceremony.

As soon as Faisal Karim Kundi took oath, the PP workers at the venue raised slogans in favor of Jai Bhutto and Benazir.

Speaking to the media after the swearing in, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said that I am grateful to the party chairman and president Asif Zardari, because of the trust of the party, governor Jayala has come to the province.

He said that I will play the role of a bridge between the center and the state, we do not want to have a conflict between the state and the center and we will approach all parties to end the financial crisis.

Faisal Karim Kundi invited the provincial government to walk together and said let’s fight together for the province and give it rights by fighting a common war.

On the question of Ali Amin Gandapur’s non-participation, Governor Faisal Karim Kundi said that the Prime Minister might have been busy and did not come, but now he is invited to go and come with Milkar.
