Israel’s attack on Rafah; An emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council has been called

The United Nations Security Council convened an emergency meeting today against Israel’s attacks on Rafah.

According to a report by a foreign news organization, the United Nations Security Council has called an emergency meeting today on Israel’s operation in the border city of Rafah, Rafah in southern Gaza.

Earlier, China had expressed deep concern against Israel’s attacks on Rafah, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said, “China is very concerned about the continued Israeli aggression in Rafah.”

He appealed to the UN Security Council to “ensure the safety of the lives and property of the citizens in Rafah”.

He said, “Israel should listen to the appeal of the international community and stop the attacks on Rafah.”

A foreign journalist in Rafah reported that Israeli attacks continued overnight in the southern border town of Gaza, destroying a center for displaced people.

It should be noted that according to the Ministry of Health of the Palestinian Authority, 45 people have been killed so far as a result of Israeli aggression in southern Gaza since Sunday night.
