MUMBAI: Actress Kareena Kapoor, popularly known as ‘Bebo’ in Bollywood, has been appointed as the United Nations Children’s Organization (UNICEF) National Ambassador in India.
Kareena Kapoor posted a few pictures and videos of herself on her official Instagram handle which can be seen with the UNICEF India team.
The actress said in her post that it is an emotional day for me, I am proud to be appointed the National Ambassador of UNICEF India and it is also a matter of honor that I have been working with UNICEF India for the last 10 years.
He said I am proud of the work we have done in the last 10 years.
Kareena Kapoor said, “Special thanks to the entire UNICEF India team who are working tirelessly for the rights of women and children across the country, I am very inspired by your work.”
The Bollywood actress further said that today on the occasion of this special day, I promise that I will be the voice of every child.
