The former Minister of Food Security, Kausar Abdullah, refused to take responsibility for the importation of wheat.

In a television interview, the former Minister of Food Security Caretaker refused to take responsibility for the importation of wheat.

He said that during the caretaker period, the culture of approving the summary without showing it to the minister had developed.

Kausar Abdullah further said that the secretaries and the organization used to do this by saying that the caretaker minister is only for 4 days.

He said that I had opposed the import of wheat while the Economic Co-ordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet had given permission to import wheat to the private sector.
