Lahore: New Zealand have given Pakistan a target of 179 runs for victory in the fourth T20 match of the series being played in Lahore, Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and decided to bowl first.
New Zealand started the innings positively scoring 56 runs in 5 overs while batting aggressively but on the same score Zaman Khan walked to Tom Blundell who made 28 runs off 15 balls.
New Zealand had scored 93 runs in 10 overs, but in the 11th over, Abbas Afridi ended Robinson’s innings of 51 runs decorated with two sixes and 4 fours Chapman was returned to the pavilion while Dean Foxcroft took a wicket Osama Mir is also out scoring 34 runs.
Michael Bracewell and James Neesham took the score to 169, but Abbas Afridi finished off Josh Clarkson on the next ball after Kiwi captain Bracewell scored 27 runs to end Ash Sodhi’s innings on the last ball of the innings he scored 178 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs.
