Order to transfer Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail

ISLAMABAD: The court has ordered the transfer of Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala Sub-Jail to Adiala Jail High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb has issued a reserved decision accepting the petition filed by Bushra Bibi Bushra Bibi did filed an application for transfer from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail, which was decided by Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb after hearing the arguments of the parties last week. The court invalidated the notice to keep Bushra Bibi in Bani Gala Sub-Jail and ordered her transfer to Adiala jail.
