Recommend transfer of judge who convicted PTI founder in cipher case

Islam Abad: A major decision has been taken regarding the judge who sentenced PTI founder and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the cipher case.

According to sources, Islamabad High Court has decided to send Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain back to his respective division.

Special Courts Inspecting Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani sent a recommendation to Chief Justice Islamabad High Court to send back Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.

The recommendation states that the services of Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain should be returned to the Lahore High Court.
