Tosha Khana case: Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi applications set for hearing

Web Desk: In the Tosha Khana case, the petitions against the summons of the founder chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and his wife Bushra Bibi are to be heard.
According to the details, the objections to NAB’s fresh inquiry requests against PTI and Bushra Bibi, the founder of NAB’s Tosha Khana inquiry were removed.
In the Islamabad High Court, the objections of the registrar’s office on the two petitions on the matter of NAB’s new probe against PTI and Bushra Bibi, the founder of NAB’s Toshah Khana probe, were dismissed.
After the objections were cleared, the High Court Registrar scheduled hearing of the petitions against summons notices in NAB’s new probe into PTI founder and Bushra Bibi, which will be heard by Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri on Wednesday, May 8.
The petitioners have asked the High Court to suspend the summons notices in the NAB investigation until a decision is taken on the petitions.
