A warning was issued due to heavy rain and flooding

Web Desk: A warning has been issued in the face of flooding as a result of heavy rain and hail.
According to a PDMA spokesperson, from today till April 29, there is a possibility of heavy rain and hailstorm in Punjab.
From 26 to 28 April there will be heavy rain in South Punjab, Murree, Guliyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranula, Gujrat districts.
On the other hand, according to the Federal Flood Commission, a flood situation is expected due to heavy rains in the upper areas of the Kabul River, Nowshera and Charsadda areas may be affected due to a flood situation during April 27-30.
NDMA has instructed all the agencies involved including PDMA to be alert to deal with any kind of emergency situation, the agencies involved have been directed to identify potential danger areas and take the necessary measures in time.
NDMA has directed the concerned agencies to ensure the timely availability of the necessary machinery and personnel in flood-prone areas and to take measures for public awareness in potentially flood-prone areas.
