During the official visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping to France, both sides have issued a joint statement on the situation in the Middle East, where they have agreed on a common position on the main issues of the Middle East.

According to the statement issued on Wednesday, a common position was expressed on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Iran’s nuclear program and the Red Sea crisis.

It should be noted that this consensus reflects the voice of human conscience and the demands of the international community to protect justice, and shows the responsibility of great powers such as China and France to protect global peace and stability.

Chinese President Xi Jinping discussed the conflict between Israel and Palestine in several events during his visit to France.

He pointed out that the first priority is a comprehensive ceasefire and an early end to the war. Securing humanitarian aid to victims is also a top priority and the main way out is to implement a two-state solution plan.

The joint statement issued by both sides on the situation in the Middle East fully reflects the above proposal.

In addition, the heads of state of China and France expressed great concern about the risks of a further deterioration in the regional situation.

The joint statement reiterated the commitment to promote a political and diplomatic solution to the dispute over Iran’s nuclear program.

He stressed the importance of maintaining freedom of navigation in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden and called for an immediate end to attacks on civilian shipping.
