Received 71 thousand complaints against PTA and mobile companies

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) Islamabad (Newsdesk) received 17,712 complaints from telecom users against various telecom operators and cellular operators in March 2024, of which 17,603 were resolved.

These complaints were received against various telecommunications operators, including cellular mobile phone operators, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited, international long distance operators, wireless local loop operators, and Internet service providers.

Cellular mobile subscribers make up a large proportion of the overall telecommunications subscriber base.

Therefore, they received more and more complaints.
