Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Iranian counterpart Ibrahim Raisi have had a telephone conversation.

According to the Russian presidential palace from Moscow, Russian President Putin said that the parties must show patience to reduce the tension in the Middle East.

On this occasion, the President of Iran, Ibrahim Reisi, said that Iran does not want more tension in the Middle East.

He added that Iran’s retaliation against Israel was limited.

On this occasion, the Russian presidential palace called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and to find a solution to the problem through diplomatic channels.
