Manish Sisodia was not relieved by the court, the hearing on the bail application was adjourned till May 13

Earlier, Manish Sisodia suffered a major shock from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Tuesday (May 7). The court had extended Sisodia’s judicial custody till May 15. CBI and ED are jointly investigating the Delhi Tax Policy scam. Manish Sisodia was arrested by the investigating agency in February last year in the same case. Investigating agencies have alleged irregularities in the formulation and implementation of Delhi’s liquor policy. Recently ED has arrested Arvind Kejriwal in this case.
