Most of the cities of Sindh and Punjab are in the grip of heat

Most cities of Sindh and Punjab remained in the grip of heat today.

In Sindh, Mithi and Dadu were declared the hottest cities in the country with 47 degrees.

In Sukkur and Nawabshah, the mercury reached 46 degrees Celsius, while in Hyderabad and Turbat, the temperature remained at 45 degrees.

Sibi, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan recorded a temperature of 44 degrees Celsius while Lahore recorded 41 degrees Celsius.

In Sahiwal, it was 43 degrees Celsius and in Karachi, the mercury was 36 degrees, but the heat was felt at 42 degrees.
